Nepean River Dairy - Voluntary Administration

Nepean River Dairy, a leading beverage manufacturing business based in Winston Hills, NSW, entered voluntary administration on 8 January.
The company produces a wide range of Fresh, Ultra High Temperature (UHT) and Extended Shelf Life (ESL) products in both dairy and dairy alternative for blue chip companies at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which has a capacity of 60 million litres annually. It also has a license to export its products to China, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore.
Rajiv Goyal and Andrew McEvoy of Aston Chace Group were appointed voluntary administrators and are conducting an urgent assessment of the business and considering all options, including selling the business as a going concern or recapitalisation through a DOCA.
