Nique - Voluntary Administration

Nique, an Australian fashion label which at its peak boasted eight bricks-and-mortar outlets across Melbourne and Sydney, entered voluntary administration on 14 February.
The company said that the business had suffered during the lockdown period and, despite undertaking “robust restructuring initiatives” in recent years, it was ultimately not able to survive the difficulties facing the retail sector.
Justin Howlett of SMB Advisory was appointed as administrator and is seeking expressions of interest for the business.
Nique ceased trading immediately on the administrator’s appointment.
