NNNCo - Voluntary Administration

NNNCo, a global Internet of Things (IoT) solutions provider and LoRaWAN network operator based in Australia, entered voluntary administration on 15 November.
The company’s carrier grade network provides secure, scalable IoT connectivity and solutions for industry with a focus on the business-to-business market concentrating on utilities, cities and enterprise.
Barry Wight and Catherine Conneely of Cor Cordis were appointed voluntary administrators after the board determined it would be in the company’s interests to restructuring its financial affairs with a view to preserving its operations into the future.
The administrators are urgently evaluating NNNCo’s operations and exploring restructuring or recapitalisation options. NNNCo’s business remains operational.
