Disgraced NSW restaurateur Stephen Flelli, previously banned by ASIC and linked to multiple failed hospitality ventures, including Brite Renovations, has resurfaced promoting a new investment scheme after allegedly leaving behind more than $200,000 in debts to staff, landlords, and small investors across a string of collapsed businesses in Sydney and the Hunter Valley.
