NSW outback hotel sold and settled on behalf of the appointed liquidator by JLL

The Empire Hotel in Cobar NSW has been purchased out of liquidation by The New England Pub Company, led by experienced hoteliers Ben Ryan and Mark Neilson, who cited the potential of a bottle-shop as the predominant drawcard for the acquisition.
