NSW ruling applies Expert Witness Code principle to insolvency case

Hannah Griffiths and Jemimah George of Pinsent Masons share that the Supreme Court of New South Wales has for the first time reported a decision applying the principles of the Expert Witness Code of Conduct to a case involving insolvency practitioners, with the ruling making it clear that liquidators who give evidence in their own case do not need to comply with the requirements of the Expert Witness Code.
