Oaktree lawyers up as Gupta restarts Tahmoor coal mine sale

Distressed investor Oaktree Capital has reportedly engaged White & Case as Sanjeev Gupta restarts a formal sale of the mothballed Tahmoor Coal Mine, with administrators at William Buck launching a competitive process following months of stalled negotiations and aiming to complete a transaction by the end of March.
