Owners of banned Perth NDIS company Adachi allegedly purchased Vic NDIS business

Adachi Disability Services, a Perth-based NDIS provider banned in February 2024 and subsequently placed into liquidation with $6.8 million in debt, is under investigation after liquidator Andrew Yeo of Pitcher Partners alleged that directors used company funds to purchase a Victorian disability services business while concealing their ownership, alongside $2.3 million in director loans allegedly used to fund personal assets, including a Ferrari and overseas property, with the acquired business, Daily Living Disability Services, also collapsing into liquidation in March 2026 owing more than $920,000 to the ATO and $360,000 in employee entitlements, prompting scrutiny of regulatory oversight within the NDIS sector.
