Kimberley Pearl Tours remains in receivership amid a Federal Court dispute over private credit lending and the conduct of its receivers, while Justice Michael Feutrill has restrained Blackbird Private Equity and receivers Richard Albarran and Brent Kijurina of Hall Chadwick from selling the company’s assets pending further mediation on 31 August.
