PF Group Holdings and PF Management Holdings - Voluntary Administration

PF Group Holdings and PF Management Holdings, the parent companies behind private debt collecting giant Panthera Finance, entered voluntary administration on 26 June.
Adam Colley, Derrick Vickers, Stephen Longley and Andrew Scott of PwC were appointed voluntary administrators by the group’s secured creditor.
It was recently revealed that Panthera circumvented a blacklisting designed to stop it operating in Victoria and that it is currently subject to an investigation by Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV). However, Panthera maintains that the administrations are in no way related to the CAV investigation, and that it is operating as usual.
