Pharmacy Guild goes to ACCC to warn on Priceline store sales

The Pharmacy Guild plans to raise competition concerns with the ACCC over the receiver-led sale of Infinity Pharmacy Group’s 92-store Priceline network, warning that a clustered sale could accelerate market consolidation amid new merger control rules now governing the process.
