Precious Cargo Education - Voluntary Administration

Precious Cargo Education, a Montessori childcare chain with seven locations across South Australia, has entered voluntary administration.
Anthony Phillips and Andrew Heard of Heard Phillips Lieberenz were appointed as voluntary administrators.
A further four non-trading entities have gone into liquidation, with James McPherson of Meertens appointed as liquidator.
In a statement on Facebook, Precious Cargo founder and director Cheryl Shigrov apologised for her failure to navigate sector-wide challenges that the business has not been able to overcome. Ms Shigrov has reportedly confirmed the seven centres will remain open during the administration process in the hopes that a buyer is found.
