Priceline franchisee Infinity valued at $500m as sale kicks off

Infinity Pharmacy Group’s voluntary administrator has launched a sale process for the 91-store Priceline franchise network, targeting bids around $500 million as buyers weigh a complex capital structure with up to $500 million in bank debt, franchise termination costs and regulatory hurdles that could complicate a whole-of-business recapitalisation or acquisition.
