Receivers appointed to some Mustaca family properties

Newpoint Advisory’s Costa Nicodemou has confirmed his appointment as receiver and manager to investment properties owned by Planet Warriewood, a Mustaca family entity, after Metrics Credit Partners enforced on 22 May, with the receivership reportedly not extending to the group’s Wahlburgers interests, United Cinemas operations or Warriewood residential development.
