Restaurants and pubs are legally wiping debt to stay afloat

More small business owners are using the relatively new small business restructuring laws to claw their way out of business debt and keep trading, and ASIC says there’s no evidence so far that these restructurings—which some have labelled legal phoenixing—are facilitating bad business practices.
