Rex airlines lifeline extended

Rex Airlines has been given another lifeline and a renewed commitment that it is “too important to fail”, with Transport and Regional Development Minister Catherine King this week saying the government was working with shortlisted bidders for the airline and the administrators had asked for additional time—until December—which was granted.
