Rex Airlines saved as creditors vote for Air T takeover

US-based Air T will become the new owner of Regional Express Holdings (Rex) after creditors voted in favour of a deed of company arrangement to keep the airline's regional operations in the air, with transition of operational control and legal ownership expected before mid-December 2025.
