Rork Projects - Voluntary Administration

Rork Projects, a leading Indigenous construction company which specialises in building refurbishments and commercial office fit-outs, entered voluntary administration on 1 March, citing a 'tsunami of impossible economic conditions' including rising interest rates and building costs.

Mark Holland, Anthony Connelly and Jamie Harris of McGrathNicol were appointed as administrators and said an urgent assessment of the business is underway.

63 active projects in NSW, Queensland, Victoria and the ACT have been affected by the administration.
