Rose Bay RSL Club Co-op formerly trading as Club Rose Bay - Voluntary Administration

Rose Bay RSL Club Co-op formerly trading as Club Rose Bay, a long-standing waterside RSL Club in Sydney’s eastern suburb, entered voluntary administration on 15 August.
Hugh Armenis and Jason Porter of SV Partners were appointed as voluntary administrators and were reportedly continuing to trade the business, until a major change occurred when Simon Cathro and Andrew Blundell of Cathro & Partners were appointed receivers by a secured creditor. They took control of the club’s assets, closed the club and terminated approximately 20 staff employed by the club on a casual basis.
