Sanjeev Gupta’s largest creditor makes TV debut

NRW Holdings managing director Jules Pemberton, whose company is the largest creditor in Sanjeev Gupta’s Whyalla-linked collapse, has drawn attention following a recent share sale of nearly $20 million and governance scrutiny, even as the company prepares for a shareholder vote on his proposed $6 million in bonus options.
