Sara Lee Holdings - Case Update

Vaughan Strawbridge, Kathryn Evans and Joseph Hansell of FTI, the administrators of Sara Lee Holdings, have secured a court order extending the convening period for a further 6 months to 14 May 2024. The extension was sought to allow the administrators to complete an optimal sales process. It’s been reported that about 60 parties have expressed an interest in buying the company.
