Scalare Partners reels in Fishburners from administration

Scalare Partners has acquired the Fishburners brand, programs, IP and community assets from voluntary administration in a cash-only transaction that excludes employees and liabilities, less than a month after KPMG’s Phil Quinlan and Gayle Dickerson were appointed administrators to the startup community operator following legacy rental debt and operating losses.
