ACFS Port Logistics’ administration is shaping up as a major creditor workout, with debts totalling $272 million, including $76 million owed to the ATO and $22.4 million to Daimler Truck Financial Services, while Salea’s Sule Arnautovic leads the administration and ScotPac-appointed receiver Duncan Clubb of BDO pursues the secured creditor’s interests amid uncertainty over any rescue financing.
