The team at Wexted reviews ASIC Report 836, which found that 44% of voluntary administrations resulted in a DOCA, completed DOCAs returned an average 21 cents in the dollar to unsecured creditors, and companies with liabilities above $10 million were more than three times as likely to enter a DOCA as those owing $250,000 or less.
