Steel tycoon Gupta fires new legal salvo in battle to save crumbling empire

Sanjeev Gupta’s GFG Alliance has launched High Court proceedings in the UK disputing claims by Greensill Capital’s administrators over its shares in $3 billion Australian steelmaker InfraBuild, as the embattled tycoon fights to retain control of his global steel assets following the liquidation of Liberty Steel’s UK operations.
