STH BNK site heads to market in major blow for Beulah’s stalled Southbank supertower

Receivers have launched a sale campaign for Beulah’s stalled 118-164 City Road Southbank site, once earmarked for the $2.7 billion STH BNK by Beulah project, as rising construction costs, unresolved refinancing and the earlier voluntary administration of project entity BSSPV continue to cloud the future of one of Melbourne’s most ambitious mixed-use developments.
