Take three: respected builder takes over deserted luxury beachside apartment project

Hutchinson Builders, Australia’s largest privately owned builder, has come to the rescue of a luxury beachside apartments development after two previous construction companies associated with the project went into liquidation. Meanwhile, creditors for one of the companies involved have voted to enter into a DOCA with litigation funder Clover Risk Funding so that voluntary administrators – RSM partners Jonathon Colbran, Richard Stone and Mitchell Herrett – can continue legal action said to be worth more than $3 million.
