The man who spent $150m buying Jon Adgemis’ failed pubs

Millinium Capital boss Tom Wallace has acquired about $150 million in Sydney pubs from the collapsed Public Hospitality Group of bankrupt businessman Jon Adgemis, expanding a growing portfolio of former Adgemis venues out of receivership despite Millinium’s previously modest balance sheet and amid market scrutiny over the identity of the financiers backing the acquisitions following Adgemis’ insolvency.
