Tigerlily - Voluntary Administration

Tigerlily, a swimwear company initially founded by billionaire James Packer’s former wife Jodhi Meares in 2000, entered voluntary administration for the second time on 4 March.

The company, which has 10 locations across Australia and also sells its bikinis online, initially fell into voluntary administration in March 2020 largely due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Last October, prior to the appointment, owner Crescent Capital reportedly appointed Deloitte to explore a potential sale of the business, but this did not materialise.

Jason Stone and Glenn Franklin of PKF were appointed as administrators and said their current intention is to continue trading and that they expect a proposal to be received that would allow the company to continue.
