Tingey Development Group Pty Ltd - Liquidation

Western Australian custom home builder Tingey Development Group Pty Ltd has entered liquidation, with Cameron Shaw and Richard Albarran of Hall Chadwick appointed on 10 September 2025.

Founded by Geoff and Brooke Tingey and a recent HIA Start-Up Business Award finalist, the company promoted itself on luxury and narrow-lot designs but is understood to have left about 15 projects incomplete.

Tingey is the third WA builder to collapse so far this financial year, underscoring sustained pressures in the residential construction sector.
