Trustee hauls pub baron Jon Adgemis to court in $1.8bn bankruptcy probe

Pitcher Partners and BRI Ferrier are seeking to publicly examine former pub entrepreneur Jon Adgemis in the Federal Court as part of a sweeping investigation into the collapse of his Public Hospitality Group empire, with creditors owed more than $1.8 billion and trustees scrutinising alleged GST refund claims, asset transfers, and overseas fund movements.
