Viridi Group - Voluntary Administration

Viridi Group, a NSW-based construction company, entered voluntary administration on 5 April, with Christopher Darin and Joanne Keating of Worrells appointed as administrators.
The company, which employs 15 people directly and has a subcontractor base of approximately 100 workers, cited the suspension of a multi-million dollar government contract “due to fiscal challenges” as the main reason behind the decision to appoint administrators.
It has worked on several high-profile projects including the InterContinental Hayman Island Luxury Cabins and Sydney's Taronga Zoo's wildlife retreat.
