Why do Nicheliving Directors want creditors to accept their proposal?

A former Nicheliving client and accounting and finance specialist is recommending creditors don't accept a proposal which would see directors retain control over two of their companies, while questions are being asked about why a company which no longer holds a building registration would want to retain ownership of a building company.
