Worx Equipment et al. - Liquidation

Worx Equipment et al., a group of Welshpool-based companies specialising in the rental of mining and civil earth moving equipment throughout Western Australia, entered liquidation on 1 May after creditors voted to wind up the businesses.
The company, which employed about 20 people, entered voluntary administration in March due to a bad debt and the loss of a key contract.
Administrators Rob Kirman and Rob Brauer of McGrathNicol have now been appointed liquidators.
The group has debts of over $50 million owed to creditors including NAB and equipment financiers.
