XPeng says it will pay customers after True EV court case dismissed

TrueEV’s Federal Court challenge to XPeng’s termination of their Australian distribution agreement has been dismissed after TrueEV, which entered receivership in March, failed to provide required security for costs, while XPeng says it will honour verified customer cashback, warranty and servicing commitments even as other creditors remain unpaid.
