Cuisinier Australis trading as Montrachet - Voluntary Administration

Cuisinier Australis trading as Montrachet, an award-winning French restaurant based in Brisbane's Bowen Hills owned by celebrity chef Shannon Kellam, entered voluntary administration on 5 July.

The move comes less than two months after the BCN Group, a bakery empire also owned by Mr Kellam, collapsed into liquidation.

Mark Holland, Jamie Harris and Anthony Connelly of McGrathNicol were appointed joint administrators and said that Montrachet is continuing to trade as they seek buyers for the restaurant.
