Quintis Australia - Case Update

Quintis Australia, and several of its subsidiaries, the world's largest producer of Indian sandalwood which entered voluntary administration in early April, are being wound up after no DOCA was received for any of the entities.
In their report to creditors, administrators Scott Kershaw and Richard Tucker of KordaMentha advised that a sale process by receivers John Park, Hayden White and Daniel Woodhouse of FTI Consulting had failed to materialise in a going concern transaction acceptable to the receivers. As a result, the receivers are undertaking an asset sale process and have engaged several third-party agents to liquidate the companies’ assets.
