Redback Technologies - Case Update

Anthony Connelly, Jamie Harris and Mark Holland of McGrathNicol, the voluntary administrators of Queensland-based inverter and battery companies Redback Operations and Redback Technologies, have recommended that creditors accept a DOCA proposal by Australia Ebon.

The DOCA provides for the continuation of Redback Operations’ business and the continued employment of all current employees, as well as a $500,000 contribution by Australia Ebon.
